Ensure the continuous improvement of performance & competitiveness. Provide support to the proposal team and to project execution teams. 您将如何贡献和成长？
- Focus and track the market trends of Automotive and Fabrication and well understand market driven force. Collect market and projects information 关注并跟踪汽车及制造业，了解市场驱动力，并收集相关市场及项目信息。
- Provide and update regularly market survey for certain market 定期提供并更新相关市场调研报告
- Well understand the gas application in Automotive and Fabrication market, specially on heat treatment, sintering, brazing process, and offer the solution for customers. 熟练掌握相关气体应用技术在汽车及制造领域尤其是热处理，烧结，钎焊等方面的解决方案为佳。
- Identify the new business opportunity,offer the solution and contract negotiation ability 具有开发新客户，提供解决方案并独立谈判的能力
- Create the communication network or relevant cooperation with relevant government department, industrial association and major OEM 建立与相关的政府部门、行业协会及制造商之间的良好合作关系
- Provide and update regularly sales supporting tools, including standard presentation, contract template, trial agreement and customer database etc 定期制作并更新销售支持文件，如PPT、合同模板、实验协议及客户数据库等资料
- Provide the competitive intelligence report 定期提供竞争对手情报
- Support marketing activities, including attending exhibition, seminar etc 协助市场活动，如参加相关展会及论坛
- Provide market training for the sales force 定期为销售人员提供市场培训 您是合适的人选么？
- Bachelor degree in Metal material, machinery or engineering related major 金属材料、机械或工程类专业优先
- Above 5 years working experiences in heat treatment factory, or heat furnace manufacuture or sales, industry gas business background as preferred. 五年以上金属热加工、金属热加工炉业生产及销售或气体业务经验优先.
- Fluent English both in written and oral 良好的英文写作和口语能力
