So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on. ### About the Role 省营销员渠道/产服与绩优推动 工作职责 - 产品策略与培训 - 整合总部及分公司资源，制定本地化产品策略与价值主张 - 开发并推动客户细分战略下的产品培训材料 - 高净值生态建设 - 拓展异业合作机构，建立高净值客户服务网络 - 在营销员渠道推广生态圈资源，支持高净值产品销售目标 - 绩优体系推动 - 通过MDRT/COT/TOT及五星会提升销售团队专业能力 - 执行并设计分公司产服活动及竞赛，追踪分析效果 - 产品优化与合规 - 收集前线反馈，参与新产品设计并提炼独特卖点 - 推动ECM活动及老客户交叉销售 ### 确保岗位合规要求执行，监控业务品质风险 任职要求 - 1、本科及以上学历，市场营销或相关专业 2、8 年与销售推动、活动管理等相关的业务推广经验。至少 3 年的管理经验。 3、 - 创新思维； - 卓越的沟通及演讲能力； - 优秀的员工辅导能力，人才发展能力； - 问题解决能力及决策能力； - 变革领导力，目标设定能力及优化资源能 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
