Then read on. About the Role Implement deal underwriting to deliver performances according to multiple objectives and ensure the entire process compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.

### Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct market research on debt product issuance and investor need and feed back to sourcing underwriting staffs. Assist in due diligence & feasibility studies and support drafting relevant reports. Establish and maintain close relationships with investors such as insurance companies, IAMCs, banks and pension funds to promote fundraising and facilitate product initiation. Monitor market evolution and regulatory requirement updates to assist in formulating issuance strategies.

Liaise with investors during full life-cycle of product to coordinate post-investment events.

### Minimum Job Requirements

Education: Master's degree and graduate from well-known domestic or oversea university.

### Experience

At least 4-year experience of debt product issuance or sales in IAMC, Trust company, Bank or relevant financial institutions.

### Professional Qualification

CPA/CFA/Lawyer's license preferred. Strong communication, activity planning and interpersonal skills. Accountable, efficient, focused, good team player and able to work under pressure.
