About the Role Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through banks to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives Roles and Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for business development To monitor Banca sales performance on daily basis - Work closely with Associate Sales Director to achieve the overall key result areas - Support partner and manage ### Life Planners - Supervise, motivate and lead Life Planners in achieving sales target - Coach and mentor Life Planners Actively recruit Life Planners if any vacancy available Manage Banca Life Planner productivity, deferment & claim case To build solid relationship with bank partner for business development. - Ability to engage Bank business partner & BLP to influence outcomes Job Requirement: Bachelor Degree or high school certificate At least 2-3-year experience in a supervisory position in sales Experience in leading a successful sales team Experience in selling insurance products would be an added advantage - Demonstrate strong leadership capability and a can-do attitude Dynamic, independent and integrity Enjoy working in challenging sales environment - Strong communication skill and reasonable command of English language Enjoy working with hi-tech gadgets - Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
