Then read on. About the Role Responsible for negotiating favourable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers and third-party providers for the procurement of goods and services
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders from end to end
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, service delivery improvements and process efficiency
- Establish procurement controls and guidelines
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to AIA policies
- Discuss problems on delivery and performance with suppliers and third-party providers
