Since its inception, the concept of service-oriented total health care has been the molding ideal of MediCard. The competition is vast, and the benefits being offered by the competitors are tempting. However, MEDICard has taken the lead in providing innovative and productive ideas that cut down the cost of health maintenance without compromising its quality. MediCard now boasts of more than half a million members and over 54,000 accredited doctors in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement. MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy: The Proposal Maker is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing business proposals in alignment with organizational standards and client requirements. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of deliverables while supporting business development and client engagement efforts. The Proposal Maker collaborates closely with Corporate Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Proposal Supervisors to produce audit‑ready, client‑focused proposals that meet service level agreements (SLAs). Prepare and customize proposal documents for corporate and SME clients based on client-specific requirements. Ensure proposals are compliant with company standards, regulatory requirements, and internal templates. Maintain and update proposal templates regularly. Track and manage proposal versions and records for audit and performance tracking. Contribute to process improvements in proposal-making workflows and systems. Assist in documentation of standard processes and best practices related to proposal preparation. Ensure timely submission of proposals and adherence to SLA timelines. Must possess strong written communication skills to ensure proposals are clear, professional and aligned with client expectations. Must have effective verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders. Comfortable communicating updates, delays or clarifications to internal teams in a timely and professional manner. ### Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or any related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
