### 培训体系执行 总部项目落地
- 推广并实施总部课程与培训项目 培训资源管理 ：统筹内/外勤培训人员培养、档案维护及数据报表管理

### 分公司培训策略 计划与预算
- 制定并执行省培训预算及年度计划 机构督导 ：监督各分支机构培训实施，动态开发适配业务节奏的课程 授课支援 ：承担重点课程教学任务

### 合规与风控 严格执行岗位合规要求 监控并上报营销团队业务品质风险 任职要求
- 大学本科毕业，金融、保险、教育 等相关 专业优先。
- 八年或以上保险从业经验。
