Click here!!*! Click here!!*! Reporting to the General Supervisor, Training, you will be part of the Training Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment. Participate and assist in daily morning meeting with the training team; Deliver training programs related to Health & Safety, equipment, and processes; Plan and organize employee training and evaluations with the concerned departments; Regularly follow-up on the employees’ performance by setting up meetings with the concerned departments; Assist with required evaluations of the mine operators (evaluation for candidate selection, assessment for class change, evaluation for employee promotion); Ensure a thorough verification, application, and development of training content based on procedures, rules, and regulations; Work in accordance with training standards established within the company; Track and update employee training data by using the different training platforms; Document and provide information to be shared with the cross-shift and supervisor.!*! A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trainer in a similar industrial environment (Mining experience would be an asset); Must have a good understanding and knowledge of operations on underground mining equipment; Experience working in a multicultural environment; Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team; Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Note that the official working language at Meadowbank Complex is English. ### Your Work Schedule\ Schedule\: 14 days of work, followed by 14 days for transportation and rest; Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee.
