The Salesforce Agent force Administrator configures and improves Agent force solutions for Salesforce Sales Cloud processes, including Lead Capture, Lead-to-Opportunity and Retail Discount Management. The role focuses on Agent force and Data Cloud, supported by Salesforce administration and Flow capabilities. Your Impact Configure and maintain Salesforce Agent force solutions for Sales Cloud processes. Manage agents, topics, prompts, actions, and sources of knowledge. Configure and support Data Cloud for Agent force use cases. Create and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and automation. Manage Salesforce objects, fields, permissions, and access controls. Tests, troubleshoot, and support solutions before and after deployment. ### Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a comparable field, or equivalent relevant experience. Approximately 3-5 years of Salesforce experience in an Administrator or configuration-focused role, preferably with Sales Cloud and Agile delivery teams Hands-on Agent force experience with agents, topics, instructions, actions, and prompts. Intermediate to advanced Data Cloud knowledge, particularly for Agent force use cases.
