Join our extraordinary team today! ​​As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will help transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across sales, marketing, dealer performance, customer experience, and inventory management.

Working closely with business stakeholders and data professionals, you will support the integration and analysis of customer, sales, order, inventory, and CRM data to improve reporting, visibility, and decision-making. This role offers hands-on experience with analytics tools, AI technologies, and enterprise data systems while contributing to strategic initiatives across the organization. This internship is designed to begin with a part-time commitment during the Spring semester 2027, transition to full-time hours during the Summer 2027, and may continue as a part-time opportunity in the Fall based on business needs and student availability.

Your Impact Support the collection, integration, and analysis of data from multiple sources, including CRM, sales, customer, order, and inventory systems. Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau to deliver meaningful business insights. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data. Utilize Python, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI-enabled tools to automate processes and enhance analytics capabilities.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into actionable analytics solutions. Help maintain data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms. Support the development of presentations and recommendations that communicate findings to leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support strategic business initiatives.

### Your Experience and Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with or coursework in SQL and Python. Familiarity with Tableau or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with SalesForce is a plus. Agricultural industry experience or interest is a plus. We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
