The AI & Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting intelligent automation and AI solutions that improve business processes and deliver measurable value. The role combines AI engineering, software development, data integration and RPA, working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and technical teams to turn business requirements into scalable and reliable solutions. Your Impact Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven and intelligent automation solutions using Azure AI Foundry, integrating AI, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications to enable end-to-end business process automation. Develop and maintain automation applications, integrations, and workflows using Python, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and RPA technologies such as UiPath and Blue Prism. Apply software engineering best practices, including Git/GitHub source control, code reviews, version management, testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement of automation solutions. Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify automation opportunities, deliver scalable technical solutions, and ensure governance, security, compliance, and documentation standards. Provide technical leadership and mentorship by reviewing developers' work, supporting AI programming initiatives, evaluating emerging AI and automation technologies, and driving innovation across the automation ecosystem. ### Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Knowledge of RPA, AI tools, automation technologies, SQL, and Python programming. AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
