This role will operate at cross section between multiple divisional personnel, senior leadership, program management, and key stakeholders. This position will be on site in Charlotte, NC. ### Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end management of workplace construction and renovation projects from + concept through occupancy. - Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource planning. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. - Oversee tenant improvements (TI), office renovations, workplace modernization initiatives, + and infrastructure upgrades. - Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, environmental + requirements, and corporate standards. - Strategic planning of office and labs. - Manage contractor selection, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and project execution. - Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve project issues + proactively. - Track project budgets, approve invoices, manage change orders, and provide financial + reporting. - Partner with Facilities, IT, Security, EHS, HR, and business leaders to ensure successful project deliver. ### Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - BA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience with hyperscale mission critical/data center construction projects. - PMP or similar certifications preferred. + 20 years of related experience. - Strong understanding of quality and safety culture, regulatory compliance, assurance, and governance expectations. - OSHA 30 certification with experience creating a strong safety culture. ### Additional Information - Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. - Relocation is not available for this position.
