### Job Description

AECOM Enterprise Capabilities está en búsqueda de un(a) SENIOR BIM MODELER - STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING, orientado(a) al detalle y con pensamiento analítico, para unirse a nuestro equipo en Bogotá, Colombia. Las funciones y responsabilidades de esta posición incluyen, pero no se limitan a:
- Desarrollar, actualizar y mantener modelos BIM estructurales, planos, layouts, detalles y todos los entregables gráficos requeridos para el diseño y la documentación.
- Elaborar y coordinar modelos y planos estructurales para sistemas de edificaciones en concreto y acero, incluyendo cimentaciones, superestructuras y elementos estructurales típicos de instalaciones críticas.
- Preparar planos y modelos con base en insumos de ingeniería, bocetos y comentarios utilizando Revit Structure, AutoCAD y /o MicroStation.
- Apoyar actividades de coordinación con equipos de arquitectura, MEP, geotecnia y construcción, asegurando consistencia en los modelos y entregables libres de interferencias.
- Aplicar un conocimiento sólido de los procedimientos de la compañía, estándares BIM y procesos de control de calidad para cumplir con los entregables y plazos acordados.
- Seguir flujos de trabajo, procedimientos e instrucciones establecidas de acuerdo con los requisitos del proyecto y de la compañía.
- Demostrar capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en entornos de proyecto dinámicos y de alta exigencia.

### Qualifications

Requisitos mínimos:
- Título técnico o tecnólogo en dibujo estructural, modelado BIM o disciplinas relacionadas.
- Más de 4 años de experiencia profesional en modelado BIM y elaboración de planos para proyectos de edificaciones, con enfoque en diseño estructural y coordinación.
- Dominio avanzado de Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit y Navisworks para modelado estructural y detección de interferencias.
- Alta atención al detalle y capacidad demostrada para realizar autocontrol y aseguramiento de calidad en modelos y planos.
- Actitud proactiva, colaborativa y orientada al trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en equipos multidisciplinarios e internacionales.
- Cumplimiento estricto de políticas de Salud y Seguridad, Código de Conducta, Ética y estándares Anticorrupción.

### Requisitos preferibles
- Experiencia demostrable en modelado BIM estructural y elaboración de planos para data centers u otras instalaciones de misión crítica.
- Ingles Basico Additional Information
