Join us. ### Job Description - Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations. - Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables. - Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups. - Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required. - Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets. - May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project. - May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel. ### Qualifications - Master’s / bachelor’s degree in architecture recognized by the Board of Architects preferred. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Railway/Transport projects. - Min 6 to 8 years of experience in Architectural projects, Singapore, Australia, Middle East/US/UK experience would be desirable but are not essential. - Being registered with the Board of Architects will be an advantage. - Experience in leading the end-to-end large-scale projects, including conceptual design, design development, facilitating, communicating, and technical coordination with client side and design consultant team. - Good communication and presentation skills. Able to speak and write English fluently. - Good knowledgeable in the use of REVIT, AutoCAD.
