## Job description

### Title on contract

Specialist Marketing Operations PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION: Support end-to-end product operations by maintaining accurate and timely product data across multiple systems, coordinating sample processes, consolidating recurring reports, and supporting cross-functional GTM activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to manage high-volume and recurring operational tasks.

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Master Data & System Maintenance Maintain and validate high-volume product data across official Line Lists and internal systems (e.g., M-3, Hublight, SAP and ALS), ensuring data accuracy, consistency and timely updates. Recurring Data & Report Management Regularly track, download, validate and consolidate regional (GCA) and global reports, product databases and presentation materials. Sample & Asset Management Manage end-to-end sample operations, including order consolidation, delivery tracking, lending/returns and showroom/space organization.

GTM & Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate key GTM meetings (e.g., Trade Meetings, SMM and Buy Meetings), including timeline tracking, agenda planning, logistics setup, content consolidation and action follow-up. Basic Data Analysis & Operational Improvement Support business analysis using product and sales data, identify data inconsistencies or operational issues, and proactively suggest process improvements.

### KEY RELATIONSHIPS

Product team KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Comfortable handling high-volume, repetitive and detail-oriented data tasks Good Excel and data management skills Logical thinking and basic data analysis capability
- Strong ownership and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks and deadlines Good cross-functional communication and coordination skills Proactive learning and problem-solving mindset
- Process improvement mindset is a plus REQUISITE

### EDUCATION

AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, product operations, sales operations, merchandising operations, supply chain operations, or other detail-oriented operational roles. Experience in consumer goods, retail, fashion or sports industries is a plus. Experience with Excel-based reporting, system/master data maintenance or recurring operational processes is preferred.
