Direct the workflow in and around the Case Reserve department to include product flow. to and from Case Reserve in a safe and effective manner, while properly directing associates to complete assigned tasks. Responsible for continually improving the processes of the facility to increase the overall effectiveness of the operation. This role requires an effective professional communicator (verbal & written), professional team player and must work well with others, must have excellent prioritizing skills. ### Key Responsibilities Supporting leaders with the information Release wave by wave type individually in -non sort Ensuring no waves are locked Enter & track waves on the pass down as they are dropped & processed If opening multiple waves of same type assign task to drivers Assign drivers to work profile. - Knowledge of understanding when to wave profile allows zone picking - Manage sla locations IBPD Tracking LM printing reports Responding to all emails in a timely manner Repicks QA/IC Inbound Mezzanine Sorter Returns/Rework etc Ensure Repicks & trouble tasks are picked in a timely fashion - Utilize the staffing model throughout the day Communicating with shipping on dedicated flow Assigning runners to transport & pack out dedicated (lead) Managing putaway flow - Check for trouble task after every wave is dropped - Ensure a good flow of cases are at case break areas - Provide details on missed cases (lead) Validating cases are 100% picked and in drop zone as we are completing - Support pulling or put away when needed - Check each picked wave ensuring it's completely completed prior to stating its closed.
