Develop creative graphic solutions to individual products. Work with creative process and executes towards given targets and defined design languages and strategies. Execute graphic design work according to the visual language of adidas as well as given Corporate Identity guidelines according to legal guidance. Verbally present graphic ideas and details with clarity in small groups and team meetings - Ensure an efficient process and communication flow between design, marketing and development for all issues regarding the ranges and products - Support product management and development in all issues regarding the realization of graphic solutions KEY RELATIONSHIPS Product Marketing Apparel Design Development CCP and US Sports team members KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ### ABILITIES - Knowledge of graphic design with awareness of the competitive market Good communication and presentation skills High level of creativity Passion for design - Knowledge and use of Macintosh computer design software/systems (Photoshop, Illustrator) Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Knowledge in designing screenprint/embroidery graphics for apparel is preferred but not required - Knowledge of Licensed Sports product is preferred but not required REQUISITE ### EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM ### QUALIFICATIONS BA or MA in Graphic design or comparable education Preferably practical experience in a design environment adidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Portland, OR.
