## Job description

Store Manager adidas – New Opening Heraklion Top Parks Outlet Join adidas and be part of an exciting new opening in Heraklion, Crete We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our new outlet store at Top Parks Heraklion, one of Crete’s newest and most exciting retail destinations. As a Store Manager, you will drive performance, lead and inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional consumer experience in a premium retail environment.

Ready to be part of our journey? Join us now! Your role & impact As a Store Manager, you will drive commercial performance and deliver store targets through effective planning, execution, and team leadership.

### Key Responsibilities

Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement in sales, productivity and store profitability. Ensure compliance with legal and financial standards, safeguarding the store’s integrity. Lead by example on the sales floor, driving customer service excellence and team performance. Maintain strong floor presence, ensuring focus on customer service and sales even in your absence. Plan and manage staff schedules effectively, ensuring smooth store operations and service delivery.

Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently reflecting adidas values and culture. Ensure ongoing team training on customer service, brand, and product knowledge. Ensure efficient store operations, inventory management, and compliance with adidas standards and procedures. Ensure consistent execution of Visual Merchandising and in-store communication standards. Manage stock flow efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and product availability on the sales floor.

Ensure accurate and efficient cash desk operations. Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive store environment. Drive recruitment and development of the store team, ensuring alignment with HR policies. Build a high-performance culture through clear goal setting, performance analysis, and regular feedback. Share best practices to support performance across stores. Coach, develop and inspire your team to unlock their potential and support future growth opportunities.

What we are looking for in you Minimum 18 months’ experience in a sports or fashion retail environment, including at least 12 months in a Store Manager role. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate a team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Effective communication, decision-making and analytical skills. Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Power BI is a plus. Fluency in Greek and English Solid understanding of Visual Merchandising and inventory management.
