### WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES

12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding. Team leadership and customer service. KPIs background and understanding. Strong analysis skills. Strong training skills. Comfortable conducting feedback conversations. Product knowledge. Good English skills/understanding. Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team.

Understanding the store´s needs and acting accordingly.

### YOUR ACTIVITIES

Leading by example and coaching, coordinating the shop floor, and ensuring continuous development for the team in store. Drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering great customer service. Ensure the store is up to brand standards at all times incl. Visual Merchandising standards, Replenishment, and Customer service to create the best shopping experience for the consumer. #ItStartsWithYou
