## Job description

Are you excited by the prospect of opening a brand new store and being a part of adidas' retail expansion in Australia? We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional/Sales Floor Supervisor to join our team on a FULL-TIME basis and open a brand new Factory Outlet in Galleria, Perth. If you're an efficient, pro-active retail sales enthusiast with a connection to sport and you'd love to work for a global brand - then we are looking for you!

- Career development with an iconic global sports brand Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in: Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment. Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals. Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge. Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
- Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
- Visual Merchandising
- Stockroom Procedures How do I apply?
