Jeddah مدير معرض جده ## Job description مسؤول مبيعات المنطقة: الأسواق الناشئة القسم: عمليات البيع بالتجزئة التقرير المباشر: مدير المحل فرع/بلد: السعوديه الموقع: جده الدرجة الوظيفية: 4PR عدد الموظفين المرؤوسين: 0 ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ الغرض من الوظيفة والأهمية العامة للمنظمة: يساهم في تحقيق مبيعات المحلات و مؤشرات كفاءة الأداء من خلال: بناء اتصال قوي مع العملاء و تحقيق قيم العلامة التجارية الخاصة بالشركة. خدمة وبيع للعملاء وتنفيذ عمليات المحل بكامل ما تحمله المهنة من قييم. المسؤوليات الرئيسية أن يكون مسؤول المبيعات على بينة من أهداف البيع و ايضا الأهداف الفردية ويعمل بنشاط لتحقيق أو تجاوز هذه الأهداف باستخدام جميع الموارد المتاحة داخل المحلات. تلبية توقعات العملاء أو تجاوزها، و تعزيز المبيعات وتجربة العلامة التجارية باستخدام العناصر المناسبة لنموذج خدمة عملاء أديداس. خلق علاقة طيبة مع كل عميل من خلال كونه سفيرا متحمسا لعلامة أديداس التجارية. السعى بشكل استباقي إلى تضمين المعرفة الأساسية والموسمية للمنتج في نهج الخدمة الخاص به داخل منطقة (مناطق) المحل المخصص له. الحفاظ على بيئة جذابة وتسهيل التسوق للعملاء من خلال تنفيذ معايير التسويق المرئية باستمرار. اتباع سياسات وإجراءات المحل للحفاظ على بيئة تسوق وعمل آمنة. ضمان توفير عرض المنتج في المتجر للعملاء من خلال المساعدة في عمليات التسليم وتجديد الحد الأدنى للمبيعات. إتمام معاملات البيع بسرعة ودقة مع الالتزام بإجراءات الحماية النقدية. العلاقات الرئيسية العملاء الزملاء والمشرف المعرفة والمهارات والقدرات الكفاءات المهنية للبيع بالتجزئة التعليم والخبرة المطلوبة / الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات للبايع حديث تخرج بدون خبرة أو خبرة سنة في مجال المبيعات - خاصة الازياء الرياضية. اللغة العربية - بطلاقة تحدثاً و كتابة مهارات التواصل الفعال مهارات التفاوض والقدرة على الإقناع التعليم والخبرة المطلوبة / الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات لمدير المعرض اللغة الانجليزية خبرة قيادية داخل معارض التجزئة Organization: GSMS Grade: - Direct Reporting Line: Number Personnel Managed: Market/Country: Cost Center/Budget and/or Revenue Responsibility: Location: Jeddah PURPOSE & IMPACT ON ORGANIZATION: You contribute to the store sales and adidas profit targets by: Passionately inspiring and serving and selling to our consumers Diligently executing store operations Contributing to a culture of consumer centricity within the store KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively connect and engage with consumers entering the store Be aware of store KPI's (key performance indicators) and contribute to store sales Responsible for improving the consumer experience by executing the CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE service standards Be a Brand advocate, consistently exhibiting our 6 Values - Use seasonal product and Brand knowledge effectively during consumer interactions - Communicate product features and benefits, and unique selling points clearly to address consumer needs - Connect our Consumers to relevant digital & omnichannel tools to provide a seamless shopping experience Be aware of all omnichannel related sales tools - Guide our Consumers through the digital touchpoints in the store - Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor - Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures - Uses selling expertise to maximize opportunities at the cash desk to create add-on sales and build customer loyalty Minimize loss in the stockroom and the sales floor - Perform all store operations in a safe, effective, and efficient manner Comply with all operational policies and procedures - Maintain an appealing, easy to shop environment, for Consumers by executing visual merchandising and house-keeping standards Know the store KPIs and how you personally contribute to them Plays a role in maximizing sales and minimizing loss - Keeps an up-to-date awareness of our competitors - Offers suggestions and ideas on how to improve operations and processes - Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members - Communicates a desire for ongoing learning, and welcomes all available opportunities to increase own and store performance -
