Our commitment to innovation and excellence has positioned us as a trusted partner for businesses seeking to thrive in the digital age Job Purpose: This role at Adani Group will drive social media strategy, create engaging content, manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and enhance brand presence across platforms to increase audience engagement, reach, and overall digital footprint, contributing to the company’s marketing success. ## Responsibilities ### Social Media Strategy Formulate and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. ### Content development Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms. ### Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to achieve marketing objectives. ### Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. ### Trend Analysis & Adaptation Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness. ### Team Development Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. ### Digital mindset Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness. Key Stakeholders ### Internal - Head - Digital Marketing, Other Practice Leads, Direct Reportees Key Stakeholders ### External - Customers, Vendors, Social Media Channel Partners ## Qualifications ### Education Qualification: BBA/MBA in Marketing or Communication or Media BA/BSc in Journalism Work Experience (Range of years): 10-13 years of experience Digital Marketing with 3+ years of full-time experience in Social Media Marketing.
