This role involves sourcing and negotiating contracts, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations. ## Responsibilities ### Procurement Strategy Implement procurement strategies that support company goals. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives. ### Cost Management Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to reduce procurement expenses. Implement strategies to optimize procurement costs. ### Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement processes and integration with other business functions. ### Supplier Management Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and conduct regular performance reviews. Address and resolve any supplier issues. ### Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor adherence to standards and regulations. ### Management Insights Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on procurement best practices and strategic decisions. ### Market Awareness Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Use this knowledge to inform procurement strategies and decisions. ### Reporting Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and other key metrics to senior management. ### Digital mindset Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness.
