Our commitment to reliability, scalability, and technological excellence has positioned us as a trusted partner for businesses navigating the digital age with confidence. ### Job Purpose Associate Lead - CX ELV will coordinate and oversee the testing and commissioning activities for data centre projects. This role involves executing testing scripts/checklists, closely working with the team of engineers i.e. both internal & external stakehholders and CxA, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. ## Responsibilities ### Coordination Manage the testing and commissioning activities, ensuring they align with project requirements and industry standards. ### Plan Development Implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans. ### Stakeholder Management Collaborate with project stakeholders to align schedules and activities. ### Risk Management Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential issues. ### Regulatory Compliance Ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols and quality standards. ### Documentation Document testing and commissioning results, and prepare detailed reports for project records. ### Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with various teams to address challenges during the testing and commissioning phase. ### Industry Trends Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing improvements as needed. ### Digital mindset Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness.
