Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. ## Responsibilities ### Project Management Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards and project requirements. ### Project Strategy Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budget, and resource allocation. ### Budget Management Ensure effective resource utilization and manage project budgets to achieve cost efficiency. ### Cross Functional Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. ### Risk Management Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to ensure success. ### Progress Monitoring Monitor and report on project progress, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and senior management. ### Stakeholder Management Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed. ### Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance project delivery. ### Project Closure & Handover Oversee project completion and ensure a smooth handover to clients. ### Brand Positioning Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company. ### Team Development Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success. ### Digital mindset Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness.
