Acciona offers a competitive salary, relocation assistance where relocation is required and approved, 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability benefits, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and more. ### Job Description MISSION Ensure the proper management of financial and accounting operations, guaranteeing accurate records, account reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and the provision of key data for financial decision-making. ### POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage bank reconciliations, ensuring the correct identification and resolution of discrepancies between accounting and bank records. - Record and monitor customer and supplier invoices, ensuring their proper allocation to accounting accounts and compliance with payment or collection deadlines. - Prepare periodic financial reports, providing basic analysis of income, expenses, and balance sheets to facilitate decision-making. - Monitor cash flows and treasury operations, ensuring the availability of funds and anticipating liquidity needs. - Collaborate in the preparation of monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring the correct accounting of income, expenses, amortizations, and provisions. - Review and ensure compliance with current tax and accounting regulations, collaborating in the preparation and filing of taxes under the supervision of the tax department. - Manage the archiving and control of financial documentation, ensuring that all documents are organized and accessible for internal and external audits. - Participate in the automation and improvement of financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating in the implementation of technological tools. - Conduct budget deviation analyses, supporting the development of corrective proposals to align with financial objectives. - Collaborate with the management control, tax, and audit departments, providing the necessary data and documents to ensure the integrity and efficiency of financial processes. ### Required Skills and Competencies EDUCATION - Advanced Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or a university degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or similar EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE Languages - English/Spanish B2 Tools - Office Suite (Advanced) - ERP Tools (SAP) - PowerBI Other - ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in US, as well as the Top Employers North America 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 seal, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
