Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future. ### Job Description Project Information The Binduli Reservoir project delivers new water storage infrastructure for the Kalgoorlie region in Western Australia. You will join the ACCIONA Infrastructure team responsible for its construction, contributing directly to long-term water security and a more reliable supply for the local community and surrounding Goldfields region. About the Opportunity As Senior Project Engineer on the Binduli Reservoir project, you will report to the Project Manager and take senior ownership of civil work packages across concrete, earthworks and structural scopes. You will guide technical delivery, resolve complex site challenges, and support the broader project team in meeting program, quality and safety outcomes. Working a 2&1 FIFO roster from Kalgoorlie, you will gain genuine exposure to a major regional water infrastructure project and build your engineering career within ACCIONA's growing Infrastructure business. Key accountabilities for the position will be: Lead delivery of concrete, earthworks and structural work packages. Guide technical solutions and resolve complex site challenges daily. Coordinate subcontractors, plant and resources across your work scope. Monitor safety, quality and program outcomes daily on site. Support the Project Manager with planning and delivery decisions. Mentor site engineers and support their ongoing technical development. ### Required Skills and Competencies What capability and experience will you need to have: Hold a current Construction Induction (White) Card at all times. Hold a degree in civil engineering, preferred but not essential. Bring proven experience within a site-based construction role.
