## Job description

### Role

Support Officer – Telesales Unit Location: Jafza / Dubai Role Purpose: Ensuring backend support to Telesales Unit. Key Accountabilities of the role
- Cross verification of the products sold by agents.
- Ensuring quality is maintained by periodic call monitoring.
- Providing feedback to ensure the agents maintain quality while interacting with clients.
- Deliver right levels of quality check, skills and support the team.
- Participate in regular review and development of quality control.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures. Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Subject Matter Expert
- Good problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attentive in analyzing errors and reporting it
