As Head of Sales DACH, you will lead a high-performing sales organization, accelerate business growth, build exceptional talent and strengthen customer partnerships across the DACH region. You will also serve as a key member of the Allergan Aesthetics Leadership Team. ### What You Will Do - Own revenue, market share and commercial performance across the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio - Develop and execute growth strategies that deliver sustainable business results - Lead, coach and develop a diverse field-based sales organization - Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and customer excellence - Partner closely with Marketing, Medical, Finance, AMI and Business Excellence Leverage customer, market and competitive insights to drive strategic decisions Champion talent development and succession planning across the organization - Ensure compliant, ethical and customer-centric business practices Qualifications What You Bring Significant commercial leadership experience within medical aesthetics, FMCG, pharmaceuticals or a related industry Qualification under §75 AMG (Pharmareferent*in) or an equivalent scientific qualification - Proven track record of delivering growth and leading high-performing sales teams - Strong coaching and people leadership capabilities Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills - Ability to influence across complex, cross-functional environments - Excellent business acumen, analytical skills and customer focus Fluent German and English Passion for developing people, building businesses and creating customer value Why AbbVie? - Lead one of the most dynamic businesses in aesthetics - Influence strategy and key business decisions across DACH Develop exceptional talent and future leaders - Work with industry-leading brands and a highly engaged leadership team Be part of an innovative, inclusive and purpose-driven organization Ready to make a lasting impact?
