Bei Allergan Aesthetics bekommst du die Möglichkeit, unser Marketing- und Allergan-Medical-Institute-Team aktiv zu unterstützen und an vielseitigen Aufgaben mitzuwirken. Ergänze unser Team in Wiesbaden mit ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche und investiere schon während deines Studiums in deine berufliche Zukunft. Deine Aufgaben Du unterstützt unser Team im abwechslungsreichen Tagesgeschäft von Marketing und AMI und übernimmst dabei vielseitige organisatorische, administrative und kreative Aufgaben: Erstellung von Materialien, Präsentationen und Dokumenten für Marketing und AMI Angebots- & Rechnungsbearbeitung Monitoring, Versand & Auswertung von In-Clinic-Materialien Erstellen von Vertragstemplates Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation von Meetings und Events Unterstützung unserer Kolleg*innen bei vielfältigen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft Qualifications Dein Profil Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Gesundheitswissenschaften, Gesundheitsökonomie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und bist in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang immatrikuliert Du kannst sehr gut mit den Office-Standardprogrammen umgehen Du hast Freude daran, Informationen auszuwerten, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und daraus passende Empfehlungen abzuleiten Du arbeitest dich gerne in neue Themen ein, bringst eigene Ideen mit und erledigst deine Aufgaben zuverlässig und selbstständig Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Additional Information Deine Bewerbung Wir freuen uns auf deine Online-Bewerbung.
