### Job Description 岗位职责

艾尔建美学 - 地区经理（公立） 设立区域工作计划和目标，带领团队完成区域销售指标。 为代表制定目标和分配指标。 辅导、管理和帮助下属分析业务,做好计划。 主导下属的招聘和培训。 评估下属的工作表现，帮助制定个性化的发展计划。 管理和分配销售资源。 筛选、发展和保留区域内目标医院。 高质量执行报告系统，确保区域内市场信息的及时反馈。 组织安排推广活动和销售活动。 及时支持代表解决销售问题，计划和执行与代表的协同拜访，辅导和发展员工。 与内外部客户建立良好关系，发展和保留KOL。

### 上级主管安排的其他任务 遵循商业行为准则，合法合理开展业务活动 Qualifications 任职条件
