Follow @abbvie on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube. ### Job Description Reporting Line Reports to: Head of Marketing, Specialty Location Seoul, South Korea ### Core Job Responsibilities Develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion plans, and ensure execution through multichannel engagement to achieve product objectives. Manage and develop the product life cycle plan with market development. Lead the brand/in-field team and collaborate with other functions to achieve brand objectives. Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets. Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans. Analyze market trends and sales potential; issue monthly proposed forecasts with suggested action plans to achieve them. Maintain contact with key customers to follow up on promotion efforts and stay informed on customer needs. Ensure all business activities comply with relevant laws, legal demands, and ethical standards. Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products. Achieve annual goals for sales, margin, and market share. ### Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than 3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical companies. Having product launching, end to end portfolio management experience will be a great plus Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Strong business awareness and analytical skills, including strategic thinking and business planning. Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results. Strong communication skills.
