### JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for a stable, long-term job with full training? Abbott in Kilkenny is hiring Production Line Operators to join our modern, high-tech manufacturing team. No previous manufacturing experience is required, many of our employees have successfully moved from retail, hospitality, warehouse, and healthcare roles. You’ll work in a clean, automated environment where processes are clear and support is always available. About the Role As a Production Line Operator, you will work as part of a team in a structured and supportive environment, helping to produce life-changing healthcare products.

You’ll be trained to work with modern automated equipment, where your role is to monitor processes, follow clear steps, and ensure quality standards are met.

### What You’ll Be Doing

Operating and monitoring automated production equipment Following simple, step-by-step procedures Recording basic production information Working as part of a team to meet daily targets Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Who This Job Is Perfect For This role is ideal if you have worked in many areas including: Retail (e.g. stores, supermarkets) Hospitality (e.g. cafés, hotels, restaurants) Warehousing or logistics Healthcare or care roles Or any hands-on, team-based environment If you are reliable, practical, and willing to learn, we will train you.
