### JOB DESCRIPTION

Divisional BU Director/Manager – Nutritional Products (Retail/Out-Of-Pocket)

Reporting to: Italian General Manager Multinational consumer healthcare group operating in the nutritional products segment is seeking a Divisional BU Director/Manager to lead the Italian Retail Out-of-Pocket business. The role carries full P&L responsibility and leadership of Marketing, Sales and Demand Generation activities.

### Key Responsibilities

Full P&L ownership for the Nutrition Retail Business Unit (WHS, Pharmacy, Para-pharmacy, Chains, and Modern channels è GDO, E-commerce) Successfully run a commercial business unit towards profit and share maximization Definition and execution of multi-year business strategy aligned with global priorities Leadership of Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales and Detailing/Demand Generation teams, inspiring them towards the successful completion of their goals; Go-to-market strategy and channel prioritization with omnichannel mindset.
- Sets strategic direction for own Business and leads the Team to develop effective and cost-efficient local marketing initiatives Pricing, portfolio, promotion and lifecycle management Strategic negotiation with key national and international retail partners
- Strong cross-functional leadership with Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Global teams
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.

### Profile & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Pharma, Consumer Healthcare, Nutrition or related industries
- 5+ years of SF Leadership experience Proven P&L leadership at Divisional or Business Unit level
- Solid background in Retail and Out-of-Pocket channels
- Strong commercial-driven mindset and execution International / multinational company experience required Italian and English fluent Employment Classification: Employee, Dirigente, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL).

### Gross Annual Salary (RAL)

min €95,000 max €110,000.

### Target Bonus

25%. The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
