## Job description

### JOB DESCRIPTION

Major Responsibilities: Served as Sales Manager for cross-border e-commerce (Hong Kong Label) omnichannel business of Abbott Medical Nutrition adult product line, covering sales channels including JD, Tmall and Emerging channels. Analyzed store operational data together with TPs, proposed feasible operation optimization plans, followed up implementation and tracked execution performance to ultimately improve operational efficiency.

Developed in-depth understanding of target brand users’ needs and online shopping behaviors. Collaborated with the EMKT team to translate insights into new customer acquisition initiatives in line with platform. Familiar with on-site and off-site user operation tactics. Partnered with the brand’s CRM team to boost user satisfaction and repurchase rate. Maintained close communication and collaboration with platform clients, expanded brand exposure via resource exchange and drove business growth.

### REQUIREMENTS

FMCG/ Infant Milk category is preferred. At least 5 years working experience related. Excellent communication with Mandarina and English is must. The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
