## Job description

### JOB DESCRIPTION

主要职责：
- 药品零售连锁公司的地区经理岗位，负责公司OTC业务的发展和管理，包括市场推广、销售团队建设、销售数据分析等。
- 负责制定并完成地区销售目标，确保公司OTC业务的增长和发展；
- 负责制定并实施地区销售策略，提高销售效率和销售质量；
- 负责地区销售团队管理和培训，确保销售团队的顺利运作；
- 负责OTC业务的数据分析和销售情况的报告撰写，为公司的销售决策提供数据支持；
- 负责地区市场推广和宣传，提高品牌知名度和市场占有率；
- 与其他部门的沟通和协调，确保地区销售目标与公司整体目标的协调一致。

### 职位要求
- 大专及以上学历，5年以上药品销售管理工作经验；
- 熟悉药品零售行业，具备一定的市场分析和销售能力；
- 具备良好的团队管理和沟通能力，善于处理和解决问题；
- 具备数据分析和报告撰写能力，熟练使用办公软件；
- 对销售目标和达成方法有成功实施的经验，有较强的自我驱动能力。 The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
