We are looking for an EHS Coordinator Benelux to lead and coordinate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across our commercial entities in Belgium and the Netherlands. In this role, you will act as the regional EHS expert, ensuring compliance, supporting field and office-based teams, and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites. ### What You’ll Do - Ensure compliance with EHS legislation and Abbott standards across Belgium and the Netherlands - Coordinate and implement EHS programs across multiple entities - Lead occupational health, ergonomics, and emergency preparedness initiatives - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to commercial and field activities - Support teams on safety topics including radiation, biohazards, and PPE Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions Manage EHS reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking - Act as the main EHS point of contact, driving alignment with leadership and external stakeholders ### What You’ll Bring - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Certification as Prevention Advisor (or willingness to obtain) Minimum - 5 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety Experience in a multi-site or regional environment - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Fluency in Dutch, French, and English Working at Abbott - Work for a global healthcare leader committed to improving lives through innovative technologies Be part of a purpose-driven organization with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and patient safety - Collaborate in a diverse, inclusive, and international environment Access ongoing learning, development, and career growth opportunities Abbott offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to build a meaningful career within a global organization.
