JOB ROLE Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Commercial team, ensuring the hiring of high-quality talent while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. ### ACCOUNTABILITIES Handling full recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company. Coordinating with HRBP & hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Determining selection criteria Sourcing potential candidates through multiple channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms and professional networks.) - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews - Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Workday and CRM (Candidate Relationship Management).
