This position reports to: Integrated Production Unit Leader __ Your role and responsibilities Ready to lead, influence and make a genuine impact? You'll lead a talented production team balancing safety, quality, efficiency, and people leadership while creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance. Working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams, you'll play a crucial role in delivering results while developing the next generation of manufacturing talent. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to join us and manage our afternoon shift. You will be mainly accountable for: Championing a strong safety-first culture, ensuring all team members go home safe every day Driving production execution to achieve volume, quality, and on-time delivery targets Identifying operational improvements and overseeing implementation of performance enhancements Resolving critical product or equipment issues in collaboration with internal teams Leading, developing, and mentoring team members while ensuring proper staffing and performance management Building and maintaining engagement and accountability across shifts, fostering trust, inclusion, and open communication Leading change initiatives and supporting teams through continuous improvement and transformation You'll join a passionate and experienced leadership team that values initiative, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
