This position reports to: Service Team Leader __ Your role and responsibilities The work model for the role is: {onsite} You will be mainly accountable for: Perform site service activities which shall include but not limited to site service trouble shooting, hot & cold testing & commissioning, warranty cases and maintenance services (preventive and normal). ### Site service report On time provide good quality site service report upon completion of each job. Build up strong relationships with customers and achieve customer satisfaction Training: Be part of instructor / trainer team to train others and share experiences. ### Sales Support Site service engineers is our key interface with customers and expect him/her to demonstrate good image and professional advice to customers on its needs and feedback to our Service Sales. Aggressively implement and support additional responsibilities as required by Management. ### Qualifications for the role ​Education Bachelor’s degree or above Major: In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years’ working experience in power system equipment maintenance and commissioning Language: English CET-4 or above Personality: Self-motivation, can travel frequently High responsibility and can take the extra duty; good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently under high pressure, proactive, open-minded and self-motivated, adapt to travelling frequently; Willing to accept the challenge and self-learning; Team working, and willing to share the experience; Good communicator skill - Mandarin & English Able to work independently and under pressure; Willingness to travel and work on-need basis.
