Uitvoeren van revisiewerk (vnl. Pompen etc.) Diagnose stellen en structureel verbeteren van hoogtechnologische installaties. Ondersteunen van projecten met de opstart van nieuwe of aangepaste processen op vlak van mechanica, hydraulica & pneumatica. Jouw vaardigheden en expertise Om vanaf dag één succesvol te zijn in deze rol, zoekt 3M kandidaten die aan de volgende minimumvereisten voldoen: Je hebt een bachelor in elektro-mechanica of onderhoudstechnieken Een sterke kennis van draaiend equipment (pompen, uitlijnen, motoren, enz...) Je kan zelfstandig en efficiënt werken maar ook in team kan je vlot functioneren. Je hebt een analytische geest om fouten te detecteren en om gepaste correctieve acties te nemen tem de borging (aanpassen PO-plan, magazijn) Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid è constructieve samenwerking met collega’s en produktie. Voor deze functie is het een vereiste dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft. Relevante ervaring is een pluspunt maar geen noodzaak.
