### Job Description

Provides specialized clinical support/ education to business teams and HCPs, within HCBG compliance to meet business objectives Responsible for:
- Clinical support to sales for defending or gaining new business at account level
- Co-leads, with sales rep, clinical/sales joint calls to discuss on-label scientific evidence & procedures for 3M products
- Supports sales conversion and in-service for 3M products.
- Delivers product clinical training to sales and marketing
- Specific segment experts
- Execute local and regional programs to support sales and marketing campaigns
- Present approved educational programs
- Leads the product acceptance/performance in clinical use
